About me

Since childhood I’ve been fascinated by holistic therapies and the power of the mind, and following my own positive experience of hypnotherapy, I decided to train in this field.  In 2006, I graduated with distinction from Central England College of Clinical Hypnosis (CECCH) in Birmingham.  You can now find me working in the Harborne and Moseley areas of Birmingham (B17 and B13), and also in Warwick.

My approach to therapy is client-led, and I don’t assume that what works for one person will work just as well for another. I will tailor my methods to suit your individual requirements, based on your personality, your existing skills and strengths, and on what you want to gain through therapy.

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP), and follow their codes of conduct; this includes having regular clinical supervision, and keeping my knowledge and training up to date.

I am fully insured (with professional indemnity and public liability insurance) to work with members of the public using hypnotherapy and other related therapeutic approaches.
