Qualifications
I gained my Diploma in 2006, from CECCH in Birmingham, and am a Licentiate of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP).
Members of the APHP are required to keep their knowledge up to date and to attend ongoing training and supervision.
I take a person-centred (client-centred) approach to therapy, which means I don’t assume that what works for one person will work just as well for another. I make every effort to understand your personal goals, feelings and beliefs, and I tailor my methods to suit your individual requirements.
The approaches I may draw on during your sessions include:
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Cognitive hypnotherapy
- Regression therapy (both Past Life therapy and/or regression through this lifetime)
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Besides the APHP, I am also a member of the Past Life Therapists Association, and the General Hypnotherapy Register.
